Rainbow Railroad: Planting Seeds of Change

The Challenge: Raise awareness and support for Rainbow Railroad, an organization responding to a heavy, urgent global crisis that is too often ignored.
The Solution: Make it impossible to ignore. We designed a high-impact guerrilla campaign centered around the resilient gladiolus to symbolize the strength of the LGBTQI+ community. By staging massive, vibrant "flower drops" outside iconic landmarks and government buildings, we forced a public conversation. To close the loop, everyday donors received a digital print of the artwork, while major contributors got a physical bulb to plant—spreading hope and growing a literal network of solidarity.
