Sports Unseen
The highlight reel is easy; the routine is where the work happens. As someone who lives and breathes this on the field, I wanted to capture the grit of sport. Not the stadium lights, but the dust on the bat, the dirt on the shoes, and the internal focus that goes unseen.
I went with a tight, aggressive crop to put the viewer right in the athlete’s headspace, using a bold, condensed typeface that feels as heavy as the movement itself. By layering the typography behind the action, I turned the text into a physical part of the frame. This isn't just design; it’s a tribute to the thousands of silent reps that lead to the one moment everyone else notices.
